Melissa is not only my sister, but also one of the photographers that works with me at inspired. It was wonderful to be able to capture her during the last few weeks of her pregnancy. I can't wait to meet my future niece or nephew!
We've watched this family grow through the years, and this year we were asked to photograph their 5th and 3rd birthday extravaganza. Happy Birthday A & A!
Mrs. "F" wanted a unique birthday present for her husband, something for his eyes only... we were able to capture her intimate beauty for a memorable gift that he will appreciate for years to come.
When I first spoke to Mrs. "S," she was worried that her house and back yard wouldn't make a good backdrop for photos. When we arrived at her house we were delighted to find a stone wall, trees, a wooden fence, and a concrete wall. It's amazing how seemingly mundane items in your own backyard are able to look "picture perfect." The natural light was gorgeous and we truly enjoyed our first maternity session.
We were given the opportunity to photograph this little guy a little over a month after his first birthday. Full of spunk with a sly smile, Luca was a joy to be around.
The details all in place, Kristine and Frank said, "I do." It was time to party, and oh what a night! Thank you Kristine and Frank for making our first wedding such a blast!
In the beginning of January we were honored to photograph Kristine and Frank's wedding. Kristine is an old friend, and it was wonderful to reunite with her and capture the details of her day.
This has to be one of my favorites of the day- the look on Frank's face...ahhh, love.
Little Aubrey and her parents were visiting from Arizona when we captured her 1yr portraits. It was a miserable cold day which forced us indoors, but Aubrey didn't mind. She toddled around the house exploring with us in tow.
We visited with the R Family at Harkness Park in Waterford, CT, which is quickly becoming our favorite place to shoot. Between the gardens, the mansion, and the beach, there are so many beautiful backgrounds for portraits. For this session we headed down to the beach to catch some last minute summer fun. The R Family loves the beach, and it was evident in their portraits.
We met up with Taj and his parents on one of the last days of Summer. Full of energy, Taj gave us a run for our money as we tried to keep up with him. A little splashing in a puddle, an unexpected outfit change, a few tosses of the football with his dad, and we had one of our favorite family shoots to date!
