Kristine & Frank: What a Wonderful World

The details all in place, Kristine and Frank said, "I do."  It was time to party, and oh what a night!  Thank you Kristine and Frank for making our first wedding such a blast!

Kristine & Frank: Getting Ready

In the beginning of January we were honored to photograph Kristine and Frank's wedding.  Kristine is an old friend, and it was wonderful to reunite with her and capture the details of her day.  

This has to be one of my favorites of the day- the look on Frank's face...ahhh, love.

Aubrey

Little Aubrey and her parents were visiting from Arizona when we captured her 1yr portraits.  It was a miserable cold day which forced us indoors, but Aubrey didn't mind.  She toddled around the house exploring with us in tow.  

The R Family: Summer at Harkness

We visited with the R Family at Harkness Park in Waterford, CT, which is quickly becoming our favorite place to shoot.  Between the gardens, the mansion, and the beach, there are so many beautiful backgrounds for portraits.  For this session we headed down to the beach to catch some last minute summer fun. The R Family loves the beach, and it was evident in their portraits.

Taj and Family

We met up with Taj and his parents on one of the last days of Summer.  Full of energy, Taj gave us a run for our money as we tried to keep up with him.  A little splashing in a puddle, an unexpected outfit change, a few tosses of the football with his dad, and we had one of our favorite family shoots to date!

Gracie- 1 year Portraits

I'm happy to say that Gracie was much happier at her 1 year portrait shoot. The shoot began right as the sun started to set, giving us lovely golden light to work with.

Gracie's 1st Birthday Party

Little Gracie is 1! This past Saturday I was invited to capture the moments from her first birthday party. Gracie wasn't her usual happy self... her little teeth were causing a ruckus. There weren't a lot of smiles, but they were timeless moments nonetheless!

This last shot was my favorite picture of the day. It's as if Gracie was saying, "This growing up stuff is hard work!"

The R Family

A family full of energy and laughter, two beautiful children, and gorgeous Christmas decorations. How can you go wrong? Just a few favorites from our holiday shoot this past weekend.

Saturday morning we met sweet little Gracie, who is about to experience her first holiday season. Mom and Dad are eager for the holiday joy to being and have already put up their Christmas tree!
